Located in the heart of the NE Arkansas waterfowl community, the 101 Club offers a blend of income, hunting and relaxation. The 101 Club is located west of Hickory Ridge, Arkansas on the Bayou DeView. The Bayou DeView is part of the Cache and White River basins and is nationally known for holding record numbers of waterfowl. The Bayou DeView has such a tradition for duck hunting that Ken Carlson’s painting “Bayou DeView Mallards” was chosen as Arkansas’s 1985 waterfowl duck stamp.
The 101 Club property is 310+/- acres and spans both sides of the Bayou DeView. It is an active rice and soybean farm offering income and supplemental food sources for local and migrating game. Six miles of three phase power was added in 2017 to allow for the addition of two new electric wells to support farm irrigation and abundant water for waterfowl. The property has a revised road system and new water control structures for regulating seasonal water depth for duck hunting.
A new 2,500 sq. ft. lodge was constructed in 2017 offering a 5 bedroom, 4 bath lodge designed to accommodate overnight guests. The lodge has spacious 9’ ceilings throughout and is complete with den and wood burning fireplace, a spacious exterior covered deck, full bar, custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, mud room and 6 person storm shelter. The club includes county water and underground utilities. The lodge is being offered fully furnished with special attention to detail and amenities.
To accommodate hunters, the 101 Club has a separate heated and cooled gunroom with lockers, storage and gun safe adjoining a 35’ secure storage room for tools , supplies, boat storage and more.
The property and area enjoy a lengthy history and tradition of deer and waterfowl hunting. The lodge offers opportunities to entertain friends and family in new and enjoyable surroundings.
